Alex Rodriquez Total Fraud "Consumer Alert" M

In November. I gave a deposit of $7500.00 To Mr. Alex Rodriquez for the instalation and construction of a patio Fireplace and Grill. The work was to be completed by the end of December. Well its Febuary. And no Installation or products have been received. Mr. Rodriquez refused to answer my calls and even after a certified letter was sent in January Mr. Rodriquez is still avoiding any calls from me.

My check was cashed the same week I gave the deposit and this company is now dealing in Criminal Fraud.

I even contacted the Corporate Office in California and they would not assist at all due to each individual is considered a seperate Dealership (Distributor).

Consumer Alert Total FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD. Do Not Trust This Company.

I will proceed to file CRIMINAL CHARGES against this individual in Broward County.
