Sir, On 23rd may mr. Amit has called me for booking the package of 6949/- but i had
refused and he insisted me that today is offer that if you will book one package
of 6949/- then you will receive one blackberry mobile but again i refused but he
requested so much that i will sure provide you a blackberry mobile then i had
booked the package. Again after 15 minutes on the same day he offered me dell 8050
laptop for booking one more packages and after insisting that i will surely
provide you the assured gift then again at 7.23P.M. I booked onather package.
I had booked two packages of Rs 6949/-

He has given me the mobile mno. Which is 0742823477 and said that this is my phone
no. And you can contact me through this phone. When i called on this phone mr.
R.D. Has picked the phone and he help in talking with Amit. After talking with
amit he phoned me that gift section will contact you and tell you about the models
of Blackberry and the dell laptop and the gift section do the same. Again Mr. Amit
told me that your vochers have not confirmed so for confirmation, the concerned
department will call you and amit also instructed me to don't disclose the deals
of Blackberry and the dell laptop to the confirmation department. The confirmation
department called me and i do the same and not disclose every thing.
Again i contacted with the customer care executives to kindly convey amit to call
me but he didn't approach me till today. I have kept the voice recording of Dell
laptop in which he has also committed me to give 32 inch LCD if you will book
another package but i refused.
Very next day i called mr. R.D. On the no. Given by mr. Amit and talked with R.D.
That such type of frod is being done by your sales team and he assured me that i
will do something and you will be contacted by mail or phone because i am out of
station and have come for giving exams of MBA at Rajasthan. I did not disturb him
but his no. Is switch off from the day i called him.
You are requested to kindly provide me the owners contact mail or nos. So that
either you resolve this problems or late them the owners to solve the issue. If
this will not resolve then i will lodge complain in the Police station and also
DCP (Cyber Crime).
