Tideway Development Group feels its a game to not pay their current employees. Let me start from the beginning. This company builds single family homes and condos. They hire sub-contractors and use them until the subs are sick of not getting paid and quite. The subs never see their money. They promise consumers new appliances then buy all from scratch and dent stores.
Albert Weber is the owner along with his brother Pat Weber which they are from New York. Alberts girlfriend runs part of the show her name Patricia Kasper. They have another man who runs part of the show named Richard Espanando (which is one of the lasts names he uses). He hires only strippers to work on the job sites. Now that they can't find any sub-contractors to work for them they are now using unlicensed contractors, unlicensed electrician, and unlicensed plumbers to do the work until they get sick of not being paid. Finally Volusia County has caught onto their scam and are trying to pull their license. Al likes to body slam sub-contractors and curse out his employees telling them the works not getting done because they are sucking dick.
They threaten people that they will come after them with their buddies if anyone tries to mess with them. What kind of sick twisted people are these. So the consumers that are buying these homes are at risk of so many horrible and unsafe things to go wrong with their homes. Not to mention all these hard working people that lose out on thousands of dollars working for nothing. The company is making thousands on peoples hard work. Al gets to enjoy a large home, huge boat, nice vehicles for him and his girlfriend. This man is on top of the world right now and hard working people are suffering. Now he refuses to pay their only employees he had left. Not to mention when these 15 some people went to get their checks Albert Weber, Daniel Smith (accountant), Patricia Kasper, Richard Espanado and his stripper girlfriend stood in one of Tideways homes in Palm Coast laughing at the anger they created and still refused to pay them. The police were called and were unable to help the unpaid employees out and said it was a civil suit. The didn't have to leave the sight but they could not step on the homes property. They all stood outside. Al walked out with his girlfriend to the road and a female employee asked if she was going to get her check and he said "here we go". Grabbed the female in a head lock and punched her in the head. He then got what was coming to him. A good ol' fashion ass whoopin. Now there is rumor that Al and Pat Weber are bringing in some of their friends in from New York to "take care of business." We as consumers and hard working americans need to find a way to stop these kind of people from making a living in our society.
