I could go on for days about why these people are scum but basically this "builder" does not pay for work done. The state needs to investigate Pat and Al Weber and their partner John Marin. When these hack builders rip off the subcontractors nothing is ever said but God forbid they rip off a homeowner, every news team in the county (or 4 counties in this case) would be on their asses. Well here is news for the future homeowners out there working with Tideway: BEWARE! They are now having to hire unlicensed contractors because all the licensed subs with a good name know about them and/or are already in a lawsuit with them. So I'm sure shody work is being done on the homes at this point. The amount of leins they have against them is unbelieveable. They have several company names they work under, too so pulling the plug on Tideway alone probably won't be enough. Tide Way Homes, Tideway Development, Welaka Homes, Patricia Kasper and Associates, Putnam Associates, Florida Lifestyle Homes, Summit Realty, Country Point Homes - these are just some of the varied names they go under.
