Kept billing me after I cancelled Sparks

I ordered a "bundle" package through AT&T which included phone, internet, and tv... Turns out AT&T and Dish Network bundle packages, but are indeed two seperate companies.

The entire time I only received a bill from AT&T, and had it on a auto pay to my Am/Ex. On Nov 1st I moved and had AT&T activate new service for another bundle package. This time I asked only for phone, and internet. I decided I wanted to go back to Direct TV for my tv service.

At the same time I asked them to cancel all my other services at the old address.

I never received another bill for there so I could only assume everything was canceled as per my request... Now three months later out of the blue, I receive a bill from dish network for the past 90 days.

I tried to explain that I no longer even live at that house, and I canceled way back in late Oct... They said they show no cancelation request.

To me AT&T and Dish has a scam going... I never once spoke to Dish. I ordered everything through AT&T, only paid AT&T, and canceled everything through AT&T.

Now when I call about the bill they both are saying that I need to call Dish direct to cancel. Funny how two big companies can play these types of games. It's all BS. When you call customer service at Dish, they then need to transfer you to a so called cancelation dept, who answers this is so and so and for refrence i am xyz or something like that... Then asked "why do want to cancel your service today?"... My reply was I canceled 3 months ago... Which they did not care about...

So as the now "long" story goes I had to call AT&T, who in return had to call dish as a conference call to dish, and we were on hold for approx 45 minutes going from employee to supervisor Amanda "KEF", to a senior supervisor because Dish does not empower their supervisors to make credits...

Anyway long story short when I called as an individual Dish wasn't going to do anything. When Jennifer from AT&T Nevada assisted it was resolved... Just shows they care more about AT&T then they do their own customers.

Up to today I had no problems with Dish... Just Direct had a better deal at the time... But now I will never do business with Dish, and suggest nobody else should either... A word ofcaution as well when it comes to those "bundle" deals at AT&T.
