Around the last of dec. 2006 We were contacted by THE ATTORNEY NETWORK asking if we were interested in a debt elimination program? As we were deep in debt we said yes. They took our application over the phone. We were approved by hess kennedy.
Hess kennedy then sent us a welcome letter plus a contract to fill out with our info. They then told us not to talk to any of our creditors to refer them
to them. They said to keep records of every one who called and to tell them to call Hess Kennedy. However we continued to be called and harrassed.
After almost 3 months of this we started asking questions. We could never get our calls returned that is when i started researching and found usacomplaints.com. I immeditly stopped payment to them and contacted BBB and filed a report. I received a letter from the attorney general in frorida. I stated my case and sent copies of all letters and e-mails to him.
I still have not heard anymore from him. And out of 6 credit cards 3 of them went to collections and has ruined our credit.
