After asking about buying a bed the salesman, Douglas Ketcher, repeatedly told us that there was no charge for delivering my bed. I asked twice when I paid for it and was told "no charge". I told them that was really good because all of the other furniture stores charged to deliver. When the bed came in they called to deliver and the delivery man charged me $85.00. I called the home office in Sheridan, Ark. And spoke to Tammy. She promised to call me back the next day. After 3 days I finally caught up to her and she said that she had talked to the salesman and the manager, John, and they had assured her that I was lieing. The delivery man told me that this had happened to him more than 3 times. It was the same salesman and the same manager that is doing it. There was no problem with the bed but they will tell you what ever it takes to get the sale. Bad deal. Don't mess with them
