I'm writing this report in regards to CIC ADVANTAGE taking funds from my account without my authorization as of December.in Dec. I called and requested to have my account cancelled after I found out more about the company. This was not what i thought it was and there information they had on file for me was incorrect, which serves me no purpose at all if there service is outdated. I'm now on last resorts trying to dispose of this problem. Hopefully you will be able to assist me with this fustrating situation.
