I placed an order for Lipodrene on December 23. Funds were withdrawn from my account on December 24. I have sent six (6) emails inquiring as to the status of my order with no response. Granted, I have placed a couple of orders with dietpillsuperstore.com before with no problem.in fact, normally receiving my product in the next day or so.
I am upset because the money has been withdrawn, I have no contact information except email (which is absolutely useless apparently) or a mailing address. When I opened the link you receive after you place an order to check the status of your order, at the top it was noted that the order had been cancelled. I did not cancel the order and that does not take care of my funds being deducted from my account with no product received.
It is very aggravating that my funds have been taken and no one will contact me. I would like the money put back into my account, and all I wanted was the product I ordered, or someone just to contact me and let me know what the problem is.
