Not sending $60 in rebates

I properly submitted all the require UPC codes sales receipts and forms for 2 $30 rebates almost * months ago.

They do not answer the e-mails and the phone answer is always the same they are they are working on the checks. But no one will can you where the checks are because all you can talk to is tec support.

When I go on line to their rebate trace site it shows the rebate is pending.

They don't know anything or they will not tell you anything. I don't know if I will ever see my money.

I have called and e-mailed them several times in the last 6 months wanting to know where my money is.
