My husband ordered a Tiffany silver link bracelet and earrings for me for Christmas.
This was on or about December 21st. We never expected to get there for Christmas but it is now nearing the end of January and still no merchandise.
The only contact they have with you are automated emails and the only phone number is a fax number.
This place is a joke. We just want a refund now since they don't even have the decency to make real contact with us.
