Placed order for trial period, called 2 days straight to cancel any orders could not get through

I placed order for trail order, I did receive product. When called to cancel any more order to be charged to credit card, phone line busy, I tried calling for 2 days at different times of the day. I finally reached a recording states the hors are Mon-Fri 8-5. I called at 12 noon and no answer.
