"Doc" repeatedly uses bogus and clearly unethical reasons, harrassement and delay tactics to avoid having to return tennant's security deposits. I am currently in the process of trying to take him to small Claims court for the return of my $675 security deposit.
He has been to small claims before and he knows how to avoid the courts. He is trying to claim a number of fabricated charges against me to offset the security deposit.By law he had until August 21 to give me an accounting and balance of my security deposit. To date I have received neither. I rented a room in his house during the month of March and the temperature was dropping down to 35 degrees F.
I paid utilities in advance and he is now trying to charge me for firewood for heating the house. He is known by his neighbors as 'mental' and to repeatly try to avoid returning security deposits.
On top of it all, he is a pathical liar, perhaps psychopathic, as he feels he has the right to take any of your property, at any time if he wants it for his own gain and always blames others for problems he has. He is clever & convincing, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. This man is pure slime, I highly recommend not renting from him or believing 'anything' he says. I've been their, I know!
