I read the other reports written by disgruntled customers and victims of this online "company" and thank god I read them two weeks after placing my order. I actually did have email contact with the seller today who by the way is extremely combative and unprofessional. Would not provide exact shipping date then changed their story and said the boots were on their way and was abusive to me when I demanded the tracking number:
This is what I wrote:
"Well if that's the case then you should have already sent the tracking number to me. I need that tracking number immediately.
Mary"
This was their response to that:
"Mary, you need to calm down and take a chill pill. You act as though I haveno other life or customers and nothing else to do in my life except Service You.
I understand you may be worried, But I got right back to you didnt I? And im letting you know what is going on. I do not ship the boots, they are shipped from a warehouse. I can get you the tracking # but not till the warehouse is open and I can talk to the person that shipped them. You will get your tracking # within the next day or two. Ill try to get it to you tomorrow so hopefully a vein in your head don't explode.
There are Teas out there for Stress, life can be a lot better if you relax and don't worry so much. Bottom line is Your boots are on the way."
I asked the seller to stop communication with me and then I received two more abusive emails:
"WOW, You really are a nut case, or just really dumb. Probably both.
Did you take your meds today?
Your accusing me of scamming people for money, and then lieing to them
If this were true, why would I be taking the time to e-mail you back?
If I were a scammer I wouldnt be in the US, Id be on a beach somewhere partying. Not sitting here trying to be nice with you."
And (obviously scared at this point):
"Its going to be aggrivating to reverse the charges, and fill shit out at the bank and deal with loads of bullXXXX. Why dont you just wait a couple days and if you dont get the tracking # THEN reverse the charges. Once you have the tracking # you can check the UPS website and SEE for yourself that the boots are on the way. Plus you can also proove to me and more importantly yourself that your not a complete retard."
I'm guessing the seller is very young and definitely trying to scam money. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge. I also am reporting them to the better business bureau.
Please do not do business with them at all!!
