Why is this website still active and is there any way to shut it down immediately?

This very nasty piece of work, whoever it is (she or he puts a picture of a lady magician) tries to enter your life telling you she has special divination powers and that you are the chosen one she can help and restore life for, be it money or love.

All messages she sends you are signed, Sara, your friend. How can you help us with this particular case?
