She has not given me my money back and has taken over $400 dollars from me! Ripoff Rambouillet

I think she need to be stopped. I have sent e-mail upon e-mail to thid rip off stating that her services were not needed and that I would like a full refund only. That isn't what i got she has taken over @400.00 CDN from me now. I really hope someone can put a stop to her and that i can get every single payment she has taken off of me over the months refunded.
