In March our company signed an agreement with Tanner William Group for a one time fee for an advertisement on their website. The fee was supposed to cover a real estate lead service that would notify our company of new families moving into the area.
In May this company began to charge our account $199/month without authorization. They have since charged our account over $1100 and have not referred anyone to our company. When we realized that Tanner William Group was charging our account monthly for doing absolutely nothing, we tried to contact them. We have emailed and called repeatedly, with NO RESPONSE! Their phone number puts you through to a voicemail that is full or sends you to a recording that says "they are not accepting calls at this time".
DO NOT give this company your credit card information! We have left it up to the credit card company to deal with them!
