I am a realtor, I purchased a bad lead service from schoolsk-12. After two months of no results, and very weak leads. I wanted to alter the service package. I would soon find out the coustomer service was as bad as the leads.
I began to call and email the company. But the man with the answers Hugh Tanner, was slow and unresponsive. The campany began to charge my account, without my consent $636.00 total in fradulant charges.
The 800 number was worthless. Hugh Tanner did not accept voice mail messages. He did communicate once by e-mail, with a comment like, "I do not understand your compaint".
I filed a report with the bank, then I filed a police report. After 10 business days I got my money back by letting the credit card company deall with them.
