Have not receive my orde

I have replay emails and try to send form the web page but it seams it has an error the web page�..

I place and order the 23 of octuber and i have not recive it i send some emails and you answer only 1 of the several i send.

I only want to know if you are going to return my money or send again the order.

In the delivery company say the address was wrong but how come it was wrong if i place 2 orders and i recive 1 in the same address�..

I have waited for almost a month �.. Iam very upseat and i want a solution to my problem.

Can someone anser me plase i place my order the 23 of oct and i still dont recive my order...

I just explain to you that I went to local post office and they say that the package was return to the sender... And that address is the same I use in another order I place 28 of OCT... And it was delivery... The post office say they leave a note but is not true... The address I am using is a shop... So there is people all the day...

Can you please check if you receive the package... I travel from Mexico to pick up the package... Please let me know if you can send again my order...
