I have been harrassed by the Longwood Dental Group for four months after services were rendered. I have been receiving nasty letters regarding an unpaid account balance. The letters state that I have made no effort to contact the office or pay my account, and that my credit rating "will be severely damaged and prevent me from obtaining credit with banks, businesses and credit card purchases".
I have called Longwood Dental Office four times to clear up these collection letters. Each time I have been reassured that my account is paid and no action is necessary. I have spoken firmly with the office's staff who confirm that my copay and insurance have closed this bill.
At this point I am seeking federal and legal intervention. I have a flawless credit rating and for it to be ruined by a rogue office employee is unjust.
