On November 15, I received an email that I was approved for a loan for $7000.00 and just needed to call my loan consultant Clarissa Malone at ext. 155. I called and told her that I was calling because I receieved this email that indicated I was approved for a loan. She sent me over the documents and I signed them and sent my information over and was told to send over a security deposit of $882.50 and that I would receive the money with 24 hours into my account. The following there was nothing into my account. I called the 866 number and no one would answer just get voice mail then I tried 0 and it says "welcome to customer service". I got a person named Amanda Gore on the phone and said that she was sending me an email. I got the email that I needed to send more money because there was a computer problem. Now I have already put over $1200 and have not seen nothing and have been told that the money should be there within the next 6-8 hours. Today is December 3 and I have still can't reach any one and there is still no funds in my account. Now you can't even reach anyone and no one responsed to the emails.
