My ex husband and i HAVE 3 boys HE will not pay his child support on at all he has arrears 2 past plus he must be hitting the 50,000 or so mark i fled from him around 98 or so he could care less about these wonderfull boys it seems neither does the court system we have struggled and done with out while he does as he pleases i worked at shut downs did construction work and was an iron worker we were seperated for years before i filled for divorce or support when i would call for shoes or anything he would say no when i took him to court i had no lawyer did it myself he would not answer any papers he each time had to be forced 30 days turned in to 60 and then 90 and then he would not pay right amount than did not pay for ayear i would give him time i tried so hard for the sake of our children so he would stay in touch with them he again stopped paying took himm back to court another 50 in arears told the court he would quit his job at torro before he would pay anything and a job he had for 6years quit!!! Not a dime since 2001 cant find him his parents wont tell or help nor see them i cant get help it seems any where if any one could help the lord bless you!!!
