My flight was cancelled and I was forced (because it was paid by the airline) to spend the night at a B&B hotel near the Paris airport in France. The phone booth at the hotel only accepted phone card that the hotel did not have for sale. The only recourse to call the US to let my job and my family know that my plane had been canceled was to use the service of BBG communications. I, too, have been victim of a fraud. BBG dialed a number for me after I gave my credit card number; when I was connected I dropped the call immediately because I could only get a voice mail and did want to leave a message. I spent no more than 10 seconds on the phone and I have been charged twice already: a first amount of $10 and the next day $41.91.
I just hang up with my bank to cancel my card and I will file for fraud. Hopefully I will get my money back. I consider that the hotel B&B is also responsible since they did not provide any other alternative to call but BBG. It is a shame and I hope that the people running this company will be stopped.
