0% - sure if they didn't change their billing cycles to increase rates and change late fees

I used this company to finance a mattress at 0% interest for 36 mos. I have received six statements, three of which they have misrepresented information so that they could charge a late fee and up the finance rate to 25.99%. They took off the fee the first time, but the last two times they changed their tactics.instead of charging a late fee because they changed the repayment amount, they just changed their billing cycle so that when I paid on the 4th, their bill came out on the 7th and they would not apply the payment sent to them for the month to the month it was supposed to pay off. Pretty shady practice.
