On 05/24/07 I paid $766.06 for wheel alignment and tires. Six thousand miles later the work had to be redone due to the new tires being in a dangerous state of wear out. The service department manager Steve Young was not willing to grant me an in person meeting to discuss my concerns, and lied to the Better Business Bureau when he responded to my complaint.
