Ripoff deceptive company

I sent first option credit a 40 dollar check to process and deliver my already approved credit card. It has now been four months and no response. So i decided to look up the company online and instead I find a site telling me it is a rip off.!! Someone has cashed the check because it cleared on my bank statement. Anyways i want justice for this deception!!!
