Option One has the worst customer service. They rec'd my January payment, cashed the check 19 days later, never posted it to my acct and claims they never rec'd it. I faxed and mailed them a copy of the cancelled check along with my bank statement and they won't respond or correct the problem.
I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, a lawyer, and I will file a complaint with The California Attorney General. After much research they have a history of class action lawsuits and numerous customer complaints. They seem to be a fraud and headed for criminal actions filed against their company.
