Ripoff

I was Per-approved for a Platinum card, guaranteed $10,000.00 credit line. But i have to pay a membership fee of $37.00.By check or money order. I send the check for $37.00 and I have not heard from this company yet and it has been 2 weeks since my check cleared the bank. My bank statement says that it was cleared on the 06/13/06. I have not gotten my credit card. They cashed my check and I have no way of calling them to ask them what happened to my card.
