I placed an order with this company on 9/27/07 that was for 39.00 and haven't received the order and credit card was billed

I placed an order to StarCrest of California
on August 27 and the total order was $39.00
and used a credit card and the card was processed
However, i haven't received the merchandise at all,
so i am complaining about this no merchan dise, but
took my money
