Ripoff: Ordered Merchandise but did not receive it, yet they cashed my check

On February 3rd, I orderd several items from Starcrest of California. Along with my order, I sent a check for the full amount of the order ($34.00). The check was cashed on February 14th, but to date, I have NOT received my order, nor have I heard from the company.
