I have ordered from Starcrest before (at least twice) and no problems. Sometimes the stuff isn't that great, but I have received some decent products. But, I mailed in an order recently, by credit card. Directly after my card was charged by Starcrest, there were 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card. I had to cancel my card of course. I have emailed their customer service, but after seeing the comments here, I doubt I will ever see the order. I will try to dispute the charge if I don't get the order in the next few days.
Unfortunately, it may just be a dishonest employee (or several) that is causing this company its problems.
