Does not honor the rebates, provides different mailed dates each time you inquire, then states 30 days for mail to deliver

It's been 4 months since I mailed in the rebates, each time I inquire, I'm provided different mailed dates, then today was informed they haven't been mailed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but think twice before doing business with them as I don't think they will ever honor them.
