CashCall has been unfair. I have always paid on time until September of even called them ahead of time. At first was told no problem do what you can. When it became past due the calls started rolling in. Some nice and as the days get further and I keep explaining that finances have change due to my husbands illness, they have now become rude. I am told they are strict, and will not put up with unpaid debts, and any arrangement I try to discuss with them I am told unacceptable. They claim one thing yet give you a total different thing. And I have even tried to access my account and to NO avail I am unable too. I have even told my story over and over and today is what broke the straw. Its when I was told "So you are saying that you will not pay us?" I never said that. I have always tried to make an arrangement and am told Not Acceptable. I have already paid over $3000.00 on a $2500.00 loan. One day the rate is 29% and now I am told its 96% which is it? Why can't I access my account? I have tried to be fair and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I too want this matter resolved.
