I obtained a loan from a bank in SD only to have it taken over by CASHCALL a few weeks after it was granted. Since then i have been injured on the job and been unable to pay. I explained to them what waas occurring and was able to makle an arrangement to get payments deferred but was financially unable to meet my part due to my wife having to have emergency surgery 2 days before i was going to send them a payment. We do not have insurance and her presriptions cleaned me out
I tried to explain this but was treated very badly even to the point that i got pi*ed! I have been on disability/workmans comp for several months and after taxes and child support bbring home a whopping $241 a week. They are now threatening to garnish my wages but i dont believe they can do that in TX. Am i wrong???
