When I first used cash all I was working everyday and sent payments in on timely matter. At one time it was paid off in good standing. They called me to thank me and said any time you want to use us just call. This time being off work, I used it again and then they told me, I would be paying back again but with Higher interest. When I Called in to explain my situation on not working, the phone call started comming in, They began to be rude, abnoxious and darn right mean. They chastized me for taking the loan in the first place even though I had good standing in the past. Now I get about 20 to 25 calls a day and during the evenings. They are charging me more than they quoted me and my payments are not going down. They are demanding me to pay or ruin my credit rating. They told me that not working and having Cancer had nothing to do with the loan and was not their problem and that I needed to do the right thing and pay my bill. Something need to be done with this Company. Please help!
