I am looking for James Eugene Stephens as of September 21 he owes $28,100.24 in child support for one child. He has avoided filing income tax so that it would not get intercepted. Not sure if still in Bellevue, NE or if he has went back to Texas where his family is from. I do know that this was the last address I had. Spoke with woman he was living there with and found out that she was pregnant by him as well. She indicated that he moved back to TX, but was supposed to return to NE to take care of her and his child. He is a pipefitter by trade use to be employed by AZCO INC while living there.
I have researched and found that he has a warrant out for his arrest in Sarpy County so if you know of his where abouts please do not just inform me but also them.
