This company took 99.61 out of my checking account in June. I did not get anything from this company. I call the company and talk to a real person on the phone. The company credit my checking account. I told that person to cancel my account with them. And also I did not want the product any more. Then on august 13, the company took $99.61 out of my checking account. My account with this company is suppose to be cancel. I have try to connect this company by telephone. I have got a recording message that everyone is helping other customers and please hold. I have been on hold for several hours and then i get disconnect on the phone. Then when i call back the customer service is close. I will like my money back and my account with this company close.
