Subject: absolute poor service

I ordered an Eagle Helmet from them and after 2 weeks of asking where my order was they finally sent the order. It kind of made priority mail not worth the money I paid for expedited service.

When receiving my order, they had sent the wrong item which is approx. One third the value of what I ordered. I e-mailed them and asked what to do. They said to send it back at my own expense and they would send the correct item. Not wanting to spend anymore money on the item. Considering that the quality of the item, I received wasn't worth the postage, I offered a choice of either sending me a new one or refunding me a small portion of my original payment. They agreed to refund ten dollars to my account. Since then they will not take my phone calls and will not respond to e-mails. I have since filed a claim with e-bay and will try to notify the BBB in the state of Ohio. I really believe that they are doing business from out of country, all considered. The reason I am writing this is because, I would have liked to have heard about them so that I would not have attempted to do business with them. Buyer Beware
