Gby Liquidations owner Gabriel Leoni In June I ordered 500 pieces of clothing from Gby liquidations in Mississippi in good faith I paid 2700.00 for these clothes. I was told that these clothes were high end clothes.
When these clothes arrived I thought they made a mistake because all the clothes was very damaged beyond repair I call Gby immediately and was told they had to talk to Gabriel Leoni which was out of town surprise surprise!
I call over the next 2 weeks countless time, part of the time they would not answer the phone thanks to caller ID, when they did answer the phone Gabriel was either out of town or in a meeting or on the phone.
When he finally talked to me he told me there was nothing he could but sell me some more junk clothes at a cheaper price??? I said no of course and he told me he did not do refunds, he then told me I bought the clothes and deal with it. And he told me maybe I could get them repaired.
I bought the clothes to resell! I did not buy the clothes to repair them. How would I make any money on the clothes if I had to but them and pay to have them repaired? And they were also beyond repair, ink all over jeans, holes big enough to stick your head through, smelled bad, and some was used 100%damaged load 100% loss for me.
But he got my money and he was just happy to get rid of something he could not sell to anyone else. And finally they told me they were salvage clothes and I knew it when I ordered them a total lie. A total fraud he misrepresented these clothes and told me they were high end clothes.
Why would anyone order salvage clothes to resell? I know what salvage clothes are and they belong in the dumpster! Finally after wasting several on the phone they told me they would send me replacements.
They sent me about 300 pieces of clothing a lot worst than the other! I put gloves on when I sorted through them, smelled real bad, used, damaged more of the same. What a scam! BBB needs to check them out!
One salesman tried to help but he could only do what Gabriel told him to.
Gby Liquidations will rip off your money and send damaged product! Save your money! If you want to throw it away throw it out the window!
