Usxpres nightmare
Usxpress did not pay me for my layover. I was in Texas for 5 days, and the company that I was supposed to deliver the load said that they did not schedule the appt., and that it was the dispatcher's fault. When I called my dispatcher, he did not returned my call, and he emailed info. Saying that I was late with the delivery. The papers did not have any appt., and the security guard check the paper work himself. They also make me right a check for a lumper and they used my MONEY, and they did not put it back.
I took another load to Pennsylvania, and when I arrived at Mechanisburg, again, the company would not accept the load. I had called the dispatcher several times. I did not have any money, because they did not pay me my layover. I was tired, and I was supposed to be home by Sat. And it was already Sunday. I was hungry, with no money, and I wanted to eat and take a bath. I called my "dispatcher", and he did not returned my calls. Because I was close to home, I went home to take a bath and eat. I asked permission to park the truck at k-mart, and when I went back to look for the truck it was gone. Usxpress took the truck, and said that I abandonded the truck. They kept my paycheck. I worked for free.
