I ordered Direct-TV the end of May.
I received my "Gift with Activation" Redemption Form in early June. I filled it out, attached copies of my first bill, etc. And mailed it on June 13.
I called in Mid July because it had been over a month since I had sent the form in, but had not received my gift. I called again, on August 15, because I still had not yet received my gift.
In August, i was informed that the case had been "elevated" (not sure what that means, but I still don't have a POrtable DVD player.
I was however able to get a mailing address, to which i will write a scathing letter as soon as possible. Perhaps even certified.
I am also planning to report this to the better business bureau.
