Manipulative, lying, scam artists Ripoff

I was convinced to buy a magazine, but shortly after I did, I filled out the cancellation slip and mailed it within 24 hours. More than 10 days later, my account tells me that they had gone ahead and taken the money out of my account. I needed that money for other expenses, and I feel as though I was taken advantage of. I feel as though the mail-only cancellation is a good way to cover up the cancellation and proceed to take the money anyway.
