After I printed, signed, AND mailed the cancellation form, I was charged again for the monthly fee. I logged in to my account, and my account status read "Active."
It's my fault that I did not follow up closely to the cancellation confirmation or did not use delivery confirmation of the letter, but It's so frustrating to go through such a time-consuming cancellation procedure, and find out that it was not processed (whether by accident or on purpose).
I am mailing my second cancellation form tomorrow with a delivery confirmation and a copy of the form. I will also make sure that I will get the confirmation email, and NOT assume that it's been processed.
