$245.00 was taking out of my account in nov. $19.95 was taking out every month until August. Several overdraft fees and bank charges were charged to my account. When calling and speaking a representitive, I was told I aplied for a credit card which I never recieved. Do to an accident and being hospitlized for a long time I did not notice this was going on. All my assets are now being handled by my Attorney, due to my accident. I would like to my money put back into my bank account as soon as posible. My account is open for deposits only. Please make this easier on both of us. For this will not be let go, until all my money is returned.
