I signed up for the three day trial membership for $4.95. I cancelled the very next day by sending an email to the company that I was cancelling and did not authorize any further $39.95 monthly charges. The only response I got was an automated "we have received your message and will get back to you" but they never did. I sent ANOTHER email requesting cancellation and got the same response.
Lo and behold, three days later (today) I see a $39.95 charge on my credit card. THe phone number goes to a voicemail that says the mailbox is full. You cannot reach these people either by email or phone, and they don't respond to cancellation requests. They have fraudulently charged my credit card distinctly against my instructions and leave you helpless because you're unable to reach them.
