Razoreye Media Or Web Detective Pro I cancelled within minutes. They will not acknowledge that I cancelled. They still debited my account three days later

I was attempting to search a reverse email. I went on their website and typed in the info and they immediately returned that they had the information I was looking for, but to sign up, pay the fee and I could obtain the rest of the information. I signed up, paid and when I went to find the info... None came back. I continued to search with no results. I even entered my own name, date of birth and other info needed and it came up with no records found. This site was unable to obtain any information I was looking for, on anyone.

I immediately emailed them, filled out the form but they still debited my account three days later, the 39.95 fee. I called them and left a message. They returned my message, via email and told me they had no record of my cancellation until the phone call. I do have records of the email I sent. I have continued to email them, but no response. This is a huge rip off site.
