Razoreye Media Group - Web Detective Pro Razoreye Media is unstoppable - Continues charging 39.95 per month while Capital One ignores "do not authorize"

My husband and I signed up for $9.95 for a one-time search using our Capital One credit card. After 15 minutes we received an e-mail stating it would take 48 hours to find the information. Upon receipt of the e-mail we immediately canceled and gave it no further thought since we got a confirmation of the cancellation. This was July. On our Capital One statement a charge of $4.95 and another of $39.95 showed up so we notified them and gave them what little information we had (no phone numbers or names) and the cancellation e-mail. We filed a dispute and during the 60 day period, each month the charges appeared with different client numbers. Again we contacted Capital One and was advised they would remove the charges and no longer process any future charges.

Finally, in November we thought it was over until we got our Capital One statement, not only were the charges put back on that had been removed, but (2) new charges for $39.95 and (2) for $4.95 and an overlimit fee of $39.00 by Capital One! They had re-billed all of the unauthorized charges on one statement which put the card over the limit by a few dollars. Of course this was immediately after Capital One had made changes to the previous billing cycle and increased the late fees and the overlimit fees. What a coincidence! We had to wonder if Razoreye Media and Capital One were a "couple"!

We were given new cards with different numbers, alerted the fraud department at Capital One and we are still getting billed and continue to send a cancellation to Razoreye 2 or 3 times per week with only a response stating that the e-mail was received. We told Capital One we wanted to pay off the account and close it out only to find out that it had to remain at a $0 balance for 60 days with no charges made! How did they get the new card number and why does Capital One continue authorizing the charges? We will continue to dispute Razoreye Media and Capital One no matter how long it takes. I don't get it, is there somewhere that gives out a license to steal and if so, what test do you need to pass to get one!

One more request to Razoreye Media aka Web Detective, whatever you may say in a rebuttal will not be anything that hasn't been said or heard to the victims of your organization many, many times. If you do respond, please include a phone number as well as a physical address - please!
