I sent them an e-mail as follows:

"CD received electronic translator not received.
Pls. Confirm / write back ASAP or else your package will be returned unopened - "missing content / faulty delivery by mail"

Card charge contestation at my bank will be uderway in 3 days report on usacomplaints.com is underway
report at BBB will follow too...
I am watching very closely your charges to my account... Please read info about you at usacomplaints.com"
