Fradulant billing, dishonest, didn't receive free gift, an electronic translator

I got the 1st set of CD's as stated for shipping & handling only. One month later was billed $75.90 for nothing.

One month later was billed $82.95 for CD's I never ordered but received them in 2 days. I never received the free electronic translator they promise in their ad.
