Unauthorise charge into my checking account Ripoff

This company charged $12 into my account and I called the phone number they provide no one is there to answer the phone. I understand the credit report company must give consumers one free credit report per year, but this company is taken advantage of people by misleading information about free credit report and then charge the account you provide. Experian is an accomplise of this company and they need to be investigated as well. This people are a fraud and a thief
